  • I've been around the block....with salons, that is...get your mind out of the gutter! I actually attended the opening of Isle of You. Shari offered hair cut coupons and as a coupon junkie, I couldn't let one pass me by. Over the years, I relentlessly tried to find my hair dresser niche in Pittsburgh. After my first haircut with Shari, I was hooked. Coupon or not. Before my appointment with Shari, I cut 10 inches off my hair and was still adjusting to the short 'do. I've never been one to stick with mainstream trends so I wanted a unique short haircut. I found a picture of an asymmetrical cut and Shari was able to create my vision but tweak it so it worked perfectly with the waves in my hair and shape of my face. Shari is very knowledgeable and is 100% focused on the client's needs. She also attends numerous cosmetology conventions to learn the latest salon trends and get appropriate training for her client's needs. She sells products from local artists in her salon. Great soaps, lotions and beautiful jewelry! All decently priced :) I am proud to say I have found the home for all my future haircuts. Believe me when I tell you, this is best of the best in Pittsburgh!
