  • I don't know what happened this place but it has taken a turn for the worse just in the last month. I am a once-a-month-at-least customer of this branch and it's is craziness how bad it has just gotten! Seriously just waited 45 minutes after ordering to get 10 chicken wings and a salad. The drinks took forever, the atmosphere is poor. It's like nobody was in the kitchen at all!!!! Whomever is managing this branch of this restaurant: if you're reading this please undo whatever you just did because it is not working!!! Most frustratingly, and I understand the concept of regulars, the waitstaff spends so much time "with the regulars" it's like they forget anyone else is even in the restaurant. I'm surprised management lets this happened to the extreme that it does!
