rev:text	I'm sure it's a nice place and I'm sure they do great work but playing tag with a secretary who knows very little about car audio running back and forth from the front to the back.. Asking her "tech" if they have this or what this is .. Really annoying would have simplified the whole process if the person in the back would have just taken 2 mins to walk up front and complete my transaction
