  • The place is quite messy, but aside from that it's a great store. You can get almost everything you need here in one shot. (I am speaking primarily to those who love to sew, to those in fashion school programs, or to those in the apparel/textile industry.) You can buy a sewing machine here, get sewing supplies, get your fabric (limited, but there are plenty of stores in the area to compensate), get pattern drafting supplies (paper, special rulers, etc), notions, spare parts....almost anything! I also got my sewing shears sharpened for $3! I was going to buy another pair, but good thing I asked if they sharpen scissors. It only took a couple minutes :) There's usually the same Chinese woman there when I go. She's quiet, but quite knowledgeable. I enjoy talking to her from time to time if I'm not in a rush to go somewhere else. Prices are reasonable here for the most part. Be warned: the total adds up FAST. Supplies are not cheap as I have come to learn.
