  • We came to The Phoenician for a staycation/babymoon. We stayed Saturday-Monday. Thank you for the Sparkling Apple Cider, candy, and the stuffed animal. Room Accommodations: Our room location was great. We enjoyed the quiet room, atmosphere, and comfy bed. All I would suggest to have a hand shower, the water pressure was not that strong. Mowry & Cotton: We ate here for breakfast on Sunday at 10am. We had the worst service of all time! The waitress took our order. We received our drinks and food right away. Then we sat for 25 minutes with no refill of either water or Orange Juice. The restaurant was not busy at all, only 4 tables were full. After this experience eating on property we decided to go off property for our meals. I was appalled with the service being a high end Resort. Pool: We spent a long day at the pool Sunday. The pool attendants and waitress (Hannah) were very helpful and attentive. They all made sure we had cold pitcher of water to keep hydrated. The food was great. Thank you for all your hard work on a hot summer day! I would definitely come back to stay here.
