| - Couldn't be more unhappy with an apartment building. Problem after problem.
#1 Roaches every since day one, yes they sent someone to bomb yes I still get them.
#2 My apartment was flipped the day before move in as the kitchen smelt with fumes after half way remodeling the kitchen ( mind you I was pregnant at the time ) I had to blast fans and wear face masks. Management didn't seem to be too concerned
#3 Rushed move in we were shown by Dominique a different apartment model after signing lease we were stuck with a long laundry list of things we expected needed to be changed. Because we thought we were moving into a Newley remodeled unit after waiting on a waiting list. No follow up it's my job to keep bugging them to get things taken care.
#4 the unit is notacibly older than the unit shown on tour.
#5 I was promised a deep clean by a maid after move in everything was dusty and dirty paint chipping from all cabinets. Never had a maid come, instead I paid $120 dollars to deep clean after a roach bombing. As you can see why I'm so frustrated with an infant. Oh new management now so I guess that's off the table.
#6 the fire alarms have been replaced so many times they continue to beep over and over after a two week period.
#7 Termite problem
#8 Ever since heritage took over my water bill has doubled then they Deliever the bills mid month and expect you to pay immediately. A neighbor lives in a 2/2 with 4 people in family total and only pays $20 a month.
#9 Dominique has promised over and over we would have our pathway pressure washed once he said they would come next week the next time I asked he said they had new staff and had to teach them how to pressure wash. Give me the pressure wash gun I'll do it.
#10 neighbors leave trash outside I'm constantly picking other people garbage up.
#11 on the tour you will hear about how they have three amazing pools well you only get the key to one pool. Also that they are heated. I went to the pool yesterday the pool was ice cold and the hot tub Luke warm. The outlet by the pool of course doesn't work.
#12 at move in there was gum stuck to the carpet in the closest shown in pictures below blue stains on master bedroom carpet. It's frustrating because we were promised a newly remodeled unit by Dominique and after speaking to Denise in the front office she said none of faze two is newly remodeled.
#13 the pictures above are like the unit they will show you. You will end up with an apartment with jail cell paint not flat clean paint so please take that in mind .

#15 After 9 months of living here, I've had major roach problems, I know the roach exterminator by his first name and they've never left, me and my baby have gotten sick. With constant diahreah and I believe it's from roaches getting into our dishes, dish washer and silverware drawer. This was never fixed, the last manager Heather promised to let me move buildings after trying to hunt her down I found out she ignored the problem and Denise the assistant manager said she had never heard of this happening, that they would never allow us to move places. I spoke with the new management last week she was very nice, I went over other concerns with her but at the time didn't have the chance to go over everything since I was juggling my newborn. I will be emailing her this review and seeing what her thoughts are.
Just another little update.
I come home the other night after being gone all day. Well apparently they decided to paint the curbs. No caution tape- No note or email to the residence. Well my car has very minimal room in between spots and curbs... So this happened. Not noticing it was wet of course stepped on the curb and it was tracked all the way inside my apartment ruining my rugs and carpet. Paid for a cleaner today to shampoo carpets. Well color doesn't come out. Just an FYI the carpet cleaner is amazing and very reasonably priced.
Waking up in the middle of the night to feed my 5 month old son and I open the clean dishwasher and see 2 German roaches scattering. From what I was told they migrate to water. The last time the roach exterminator was here he put chemicals inside of my dishwasher which I wouldn't think was very smart considering I have a small child. Ever since my son and I have been in and out of the hospital because of this horrible illness. Coughing, fever, diahreah. Iv never felt so sick in my life living here my health completely went down the drain. Other tenants are having the same issues here- donot rent from here! I've been treated poorly the place has had new management twice since I've lived here and everything seems to be a run around. They dodge your calls, emails etc. I move out this week and if I have an unfair walk through after all the constant issues I've gone thru. I will be contacting the news.
