  • Would like to be able to give ZERO Stars but that's not an option. Have used SML (Scottsdale Medical Imaging) for the past eight years during and after my bouts with cancer. This time I got a referral from a new doctor of mine to have a CT at Simon. On three separate occasions over the course of a week I called to make my CT Scan appointment with Simon. Each time I was on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up, without ever successfully reaching a scheduling representative. Sixty minutes total on hold. I called SML and immediately reached a representative. Turns out the Simon Med referral is good at SML as well, so within five minutes my appointment was made at SML. 60 minutes on hold with Simon without ever reaching a representative. Do yourself a favor and avoid Simon. Call the good people at SML instead.
