  • It's taken me a year to review these guys, because I didn't want to down-vote a business without reflecting. I have encountered the rudest service I've ever had from this establishment, and the craftsmanship was flawed - certainly not worth the hundreds of dollars we spent on suits and shirts. I was part of a big wedding party group. The main proprietor, Parvez, was cordial and polite during the initial measurements - which was quite rushed, we felt. On returning to pick up my suit, I came alone. It was difficult to find their office again on their floor, and when I finally found them, the younger assistant (Asian gent whose name I don't recall), was surprisingly rude and haughtily commented that I should have checked in with the floor concierge / front desk first (there was no one there). Upon delivery of our suits, most of us found them to be ill-fitting. For my case, my requests for alternations were faced with strong reluctance from Parvez, whose attitude immediately changed from polite to hostile. I insisted on my alterations (wedding was 2 days later), while he commented that my fashion sense was wanting, and that I was ignorant of the 'latest trends in downtown Toronto'! I was stunned. It was offensive, not to mention besides the point. Our conversation ended with him sternly asking me to leave his office since he hadn't the time for further discussion on a matter. I walked out with my suit, shocked and in disbelief at this carelessly rough attitude. If the wedding had not been so close to the date, I would not have accepted the suit. To be fair, the next day (day before wedding), Parvez emailed to apologise for his behaviour - which he attributed to needing time to prep for some appointment the following day. That was it. The issues with the groom's tux is another story, which I don't think I'll relate here. I would strongly discourage anyone considering these guys for their tailoring needs. You can spend the same amount of money and even less time for a better suit elsewhere.
