  • Have bought 2 vehicles from Parks, and up until a few years ago they were great to deal with. Service department was prompt and only recommended what was really needed. This has all changed. I went in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They came out with a $1,400 invoice stating a lot of work was needed and it was "unsafe" to drive. Failed the inspection. When I told them not to do anything and give me my truck back, they tried talking me out of it. "We can give you a loaner, it wont take more than 2 days" etc. They quoted me $50 to replace a running lamp which is a $2.00 bulb that I replaced myself in 20 min. Took my truck to another mechanic in Concord where he found NO EVIDENCE of anything wrong in the front end. Seems like they are baiting people in with coupons to smack them with thousands or unnecessary charges. Not only will I never go back for service I have bought my last vehicle from this place. BEWARE!!!!!
