  • I just had a hard drive and screen replaced and also upgraded the RAM by Experimac for no more money than I would have had just to replace the hard drive. Nadine, the manager, is a great lady who really tries to make sure the customer is happy. Also, Eric is there most of the time in the Gilbert office and can be relied on to give solid advice. I'd recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their MAC but doesn't want to pay the high prices and long waiting times of the Apple Store.
