  • Using my spouse's acct to do the review. The owner doesnt back up her technician's work. Gel manicure is supposed last at least 2weeks but according to them it lasts up to 3wks. My daughter and I went a day before our trip out of town and a week later the nail polish started chipping. I called the owner on a morning weekend ( this was a little over a week now since the nails were done but still not close to 2 wks) but i told her what happened, she asked if I knew the names of the tech and I did not - first of all they don't have name tags and they never introduced themselves. She said she to come over in afternoon and she will have them fixed. When we got to the place she wanted me to pin point the techs who worked on us and she was loud and everybody (customers and workers) were looking at us and the techs who did our nails were both working on customers, I did not want to embarrass anyone in any way so I told her I'm not comfortable thowring someone under the bus.She then refused to fix our nails. Told her it's ok and left. It was an embarrassing experience and I was a regular to that place. Not coming back.
