  • So, not sure how they have such good rating on Google. I did have one good experience with them for mother's day but I tried to use them again for my mother-in-laws birthday and am more than disappointed. It's embarrassing when your "gift" comes not only late, but as horrible looking as this bouquet was. I also received an email that said I may need to upgrade my order to get what was sold to me which seems like extortion. Attempted to resolve this problem and was offered a new bouquet to be delivered and $20 back on my card which two weeks later, neither have happened.
