  • I don't even know where to begin to thank James especially and Bulwark for helping in my mouse crisis! I suspected we had a little unwelcome friend in my hall pantry and requested a service call. At first they only had an opening for a few days from now. When I told them how VERY terrified I was to know it was there and wouldn't want to stay in the house they made it happen for James to come. He went SO very above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of just placing traps and coming later he agreed to help me really check to see if the guy was in there. And, he certainly was and very speedy at escaping around the millions of items in that cabinet. After tolerating my massive screaming James calmly was able to identify his location, found the nest showing it was just a single mouse we were dealing with. All this, after the mouse hopped out of the cabinet, ran down the hall, past me still screaming and into my teenage daughters not so tidy bedroom. At this point I was planning to just move out but, no need. James sifted around that room (I give him extra credit for that!) and cornered the mouse. The rest was his professional duty and although it was a little traumatizing it is such an incredible peace of mind to know it's gone. James even found the hole he suspects the mouse entered from and filled it with steel wool. 5 stars are not enough!!! Thanks Bulwark!!!
