  • I was very disappointed with the very slow service for checking out. They told me to show up at 1:00 but didn't get the RV until 4:00. I was not the only one so furious. Customer service during checkout was terrible and they need to do a significantly better job with coordinating logistics and customer expectations for when you can expect to pickup a RV rental. This place sucks.
