  • So the ONLY thing about this shop that I have actually enjoyed is the fact that it is open late. However it is not worth the way they make you feel when you are in there. All they want is your money, they really don't care about the customer. They try to hustle you for even the smallest items. Multiple things from them that I overpaid for out of convenience have broken or have lasted much less than they are suppose to. THE WORST experience was very recent. I purchased a female glass piece to replace my current one. I was told to return it if it didn't fit so I could get a new one as long as I didn't use it. I didn't use it and brought it back about a week later because I had been gone. Come to find out that not only did the first employee accuse me of using it even though I clearly didn't, but when he took me to his "manager" he told me he can't help me unless he calls the original guy who sold me it (because their return policy is suspect). I tell him I am leaving as it is not worth the trouble or the attitude. He then tells me he will give me a piece at a "great" price and that they are the only place open (it was 10:30 on a Saturday) which was a straight up lie. I went to Its All Goodz right after leaving this place and am never coming back. Condescending attitude plus rude employees and overpriced everything. Don't waste your time. To the original guy who sold us the female piece, you are the only one who I have had a pleasant experience with.
