  • I had an appointment at 2 PM. Coming in from Burlington Ontario. 20 minutes before I was phoned to say they could only take me at 3:30. I said that wouldn't work for me so they told me they would try and take me within 5 to 10 minutes. When I arrived that is what the gentleman said. After 10 minutes a young lady told me she had no idea how long it would take. No respect No respect for my time except some lame excuses
