  • I contacted this company yesterday to make an Appointment for the following morning. I was told they have many available appointments and so I took the morning time slot for which they give you a narrow 2 hour block. After waiting at the house for an hour and a half, and having called the company 3x with no answer ,looking for any fidelity of when they thought their driver was going to arrive, I finally reached an agent. She informed me that my service tech was going to be at least another hour and that they would call me 30 min prior to when they arrive. After waiting all day and having no technician arrive I've opted to go to a different company with better customer service and who is actually prompt.
