Have stayed here the last 3 years and each year is more disappointing, so much that I will probably go back to The other side next year.
Upon check in they were insistent that they only had an ADA room available. When I said I would wait, miraculously a regular king suite was available. Several people on my friends team were downgraded to queen rooms at the same price and another friend was sold a room with a view. However has no dresser drawers or coffee maker. Being here for a full week is a long time to go without dresser drawers.
One side of the bed has electrical issues. The outlet and lamp do not work and this is where the clock is plugged in. Have they not noticed that the clock isn't working?
The gym is awful ... 2 treadmills don't work at all, sign on both telling you this. 2 others the tv doesn't work, no sign telling you this. 2 seem fully functional. Day 1 I ran my 45 minutes, day 2 I was limited to 30 minutes on the same treadmill.
The reason I am actually giving 2 stars instead of one is that the room is clean and I'm not grossed out by it.
