| - Dropping off the car was fast and efficient. We were told the repair would take approx. 5 business days. Day 6 I'm wondering what's going on with my car. Not one phone call from them. I call and I'm told they need to speak with Insurance claims for the final but, I should be able to pick it up in the afternoon. Late afternoon, no call again, I call them, they didn't get a hold of the insurance co, they will call me in the morning. The next day is a Friday, they don't call in the morning, I call early afternoon, they still haven't gotten a hold of the insurance company but, he will call them again right away. Later that afternoon, I have to call because they don't call me, he wasn't able to reach the insurance company before they closed so I can't pick up my car ANOTHER weekend!! Monday passes, Tuesday passes, Wednesday...guess who calls, ME NOT them!! Their response, the car has been ready since Monday...Then why didn't you call...??!! Bottom line, the repairman is nice when you call but customer service sucks!! They live by the notion that the squeaky wheel gets the grease so if you want things done, call and bug them to death because they surly won't call you and they will offer no apologies for it either!!
