  • I recently had 6 trees planted by Moon Valley along with new irrigation. Overall the job went pretty good, but we did have some issues. I'm not going to lie, was pretty upset by a few things that weren't done correctly. How do they get 5 stars then? Well because they have excellent customer service. Debbie called and listened to our complaints and worked with us to correct the problem. We went back to the nursery and met with Debbie and she was excellent and I really felt like our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. All of the problems we have were corrected rapidly and we will be doing business with Moon Valley again very soon.
