| - IIIIIIF I could give negative billion stars, that would actually make me a little more content. I've been through my share of crap retail service and am rather patient because of it & I get that retail is shabby, buuuut THIS store..????!? YEEAAAAH...
Walked in to purchase an iPhone 6...no one to greet me. Okay, fine. Used to this a little more often than not. I had a little over 30 minutes to spare in-between just getting off of work and needing to get to an event, so as patient as I am, this was obviously going to become a "I'll huff & puff and blow your store down if someone doesn't help me" occasion. 8 minutes into it, I finally get help (crummy memory, I thiiiink his name was Sergio..?). Not very helpful, unfortunately, & he left me standing there assuring he'd go get someone to specifically answer my questions. Surprisingly, once he went to the back, I heard laughter and from more than 1 person. Like, "ALRIGHT, good times behind the scenes while having a customer wait. Awesome. My thumbs up so far." Someone else then came out-didn't catch their name-I partly tried explaining that I had a technical issue & wanted to know if it was related to all iphones. The person said they weren't properly trained to resolve this, so I asked if I could speak with the store manager whom is SUPPOSED to be trained in "everything," right? The rep. told me-Nicole's her name-that she's on vacation until next week. UUUUM, okay. That is extraordinarily helpful when no one else seems to be trained around here.
Sooooo...came back the next week, was told I just missed her and that she was gone again for another week or something.

...is there a CEO or boss to this store's manager I can complain to???!? Not to mention, this second time I came in to catch her, they tried-in my opinion-rather aggressively upselling me on stuff I wasn't in there for! Very poorly undertrained staff that make it seemingly apparent they don't care how much the customers can hear them from the back.
The "shmrt" thing to do here would be to fire the management, store completely and properly re-staffed and maybe it would be a decent neighborhood location.
