After my first appointment at Tula's, I received an email.
It wasn't welcoming, but instead listed a series of rules:
I must arrive 15 minutes before my appointment ( if I waned to be there 15 minute earlier, I would have made an earlier appointment);
I had to give 24 hrs notice to cancel an appointment or be charged for it; if I were late, my appointment would be shortened.
Emily overly highlights my hair, so that I looked blond. She offered to tone it down ( resulting in almost no highlights) and the presented me with the most expensive salon bill I've ever had
In sum: unpleasant email "greeting," poor coloring for which I incurred an expensive charge. No thanks
