  • If I could give 0 stars I would. Despicable service! Delivery is never when they say it will be (often times 3-4 weeks delayed) and when you call to find out where it is, they usually do not pick up, hang up on you, give you a false promise date, or just blame it on the delivery driver. On top of that, they never take the empty bottles back! I have about 20 bottles in my garage! Anytime we were expecting a delivery, we would leave the empties out requesting them to take them back. Instead of taking them, they would give us more! My husband and I literally left notes requesting them to take the empty bottles, but they would just keep delivering more. It's really a joke of a service. We since cancelled our service, but we have 20 bottles in our garage... and we fear if we put them out they will just leave more. Terrible!
