  • This place is horrible. It was ok when Grubb ran it, but has fallen off a cliff since Connor Group bought it. Do not rent here if you want to sleep at night. Between the paper thin ceilings/walls and the nightly fighting from the "deli", you'll be lucky to get 2 hours of peace and quite a night. And if you call the office to report anything, they basically tell you to call the cops and that it's not their problem. Pretty sure they are responsible for the businesses they rent too, but more importantly to the tenants who pay their high rent prices. Add into the mix the constant garbage strewn about, and the piles of dog crap, and this place is more like living in a crappy college dorm than a "luxury apartment" as they like to call themselves. It's a shame too, because the floor plans are nice, and it is within walking distance to everything uptown. There are dozens of better apartment options I would recommend over this place. Stay away.
