  • The people who work here are fantastic. First, they were extremely helpful in purchasing process and offered a free tune-up after 30-days. I never went for the free tune-up even though my wife and I had our bikes for over a year. I called Champaign Cycle a few days before moving back to Chicago and, despite having a backlog of service requests for weeks (in part because one of the technicians broke his collarbone), they fit in my tune-up. And it was still free. If I still lived in Champaign, I'd never consider going to another bike shop and just hope that I can find one in Chicago half as good as Champaign Cycle.
