We lived here from Summer 2013 to Fall 2014 and overall it was a pretty good experience.
The location was very good for our commutes. This is a good place to live if you want to have pretty good access to uptown without paying some of the highest southpark prices for higher end apartments (some are probably $4-500 more per month). It is located right on park road, which has its pro's and cons. There is a Harris Teeter express across the street; it is sufficient for most apartment dwelling needs.
We had a 2/2 1200sqft with a balcony and our rent was about $1300 monthly; rents were still climbing when we moved out. The condition of our unit itself was very good overall. It felt pretty new, no damage noticeable. No problems with bugs, rodents or anything like that. The complex is pretty new; it was built probably around 2009 give or take. Parking did get fairly full sometimes but there were always enough spots. Most of the residents were fairly respectful but it did skew younger (a lot of post college young adults) and occasionally noise was a problem on weekend nights. Also, probably once every couple months, the fire alarm would go off in the middle of the night and that was an awful experience. The staff were fairly helpful and professional overall; I do think they are trying to make it a good living experience.
As we were getting ready to move out, a really ghetto apartment complex next to it was torn down. This is definitely for the better :) My guess is that another apartment complex is in the works.
