rev:text	This place is awful. I called ahead of time to see if they accepted my insurance and the guy told me that they didn't, but often times if they bill the insurance they will pay. He told me I would have to pay $40 up front and that if my insurance didn't pay then they would bill me $150 later on. I just got a bill in the mail and to my surprise it was $474! They charged me $404 just for being a new patient! Why the guy did not mention this to me is completely absurd and it is not right! I have been to plenty of places that did not accept my insurance and I've never been surprised by somethings like this! Not to mention that while we were there we had a horrible experience as well! My daughter couldn't keep anything down for 2 days. She threw up twice in the waiting room and they told me not to let her eat or drink anything. We waited over 4 hours only to be told by the doctor that he needed a urine sample from my daughter. I asked if she could drink something to help her go and he said NO. He told us not to leave until he got the sample but she couldn't go because she was DEHYDRATED. So we left with nothing, the doctor was no help, and they charged me a bogus amount. I ended up going to another place the next day and they actually helped my daughter. They didn't accept my insurance either and didn't charge $400 for being a new patient. What kind of urgent care charges for being a new patient. This is insane. Please be aware and stay away! Edit-I have called 3 times since I posted this review trying to get the billing issue at least acknowledged and NO ONE will call me back!!
