The owner is just rude. I've talked to her about it and thought that the discussion went well, but her behavior is the same. She seems angry most of the time. If you drop off a package that is labeled already for free shipping, she acts really pissed off. She'll be passive aggressive with you, making you wait for a long time for her to scan it in two seconds as though to punish you for her not making any money off the transaction. I asked her once if it bothered her for customers to drop off packages and she told me that she didn't make any money off that. If I go in and she's on the computer or the phone, she won't acknowledge me at all and seems to take her sweet time getting off the phone or computer. Now, they don't offer gift wrapping and she said she didn't know who did. I'll have to drive a little further, but honestly, I am tired of supporting a business that treats me this way.
