rev:text	STILL AWAITING TO HEAR FROM JESSEN MOVING TO GET INSURANCE CLAIM RESOLVED. IT HAS BEEN A WHILE ... MOVE WAS OCT 2012. William C. from Relocation Services Canada was a great support and help when my mother was moving to Canada. They also gave us a great quote and stuck by it. Jessen Moving 514-331-3606 did the trucking and moving for us. There were some breakages and they asked us to fill out the insurance paperwork, but we have not heard back yet. I hope they will follow up. I will keep you all posted if they do not ... This is what my mom had to say: Moving is such a dramatic rip in our personal lives, therefore it is so helpful to have a kind soul at the other end of the line assuring you he will do everything in his power to make your move as smooth as possible and William did ! It is so soothing to have a joyful friendly voice at the other end. I felt assured that everything will be alright and it was. I am 75 and on my own and I had an International move. We worked together if something had to be changed . Also because the rate is very reasonable I was able to keep all my hobby stuff, all my many clothes, shoes and purses which I will now have time to wear since I moved into a CONDO (less work then a house) and I finally will have time for my hobbies and I was able to afford the 15,000 lbs that I had shipped although I had to downsize a lot on furniture, etc. This move was from a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath CONDO. Not bad and my Mom is happy in her new place with all of her things.
