rev:text	had guardian service for four years with only one problem that was solved through BBB, now the charging system went bad over a week ago and no-one will fix it...no one from Guardian will help. I have a pace maker and have to practically jump out of my skin every time it rings, approximately every hour or more for over a week. With a dozen or more calls to Guardian, I was given instructions to dis-arm messages and it would fix itself, however it never did. Then after a week, we were told that someone would come out and disarm the actual sound but battery still would not be charging, he did this and as he pulled out of the driveway, it kept going off. I called dispatch for him to come back and he never did, one to have a technician at Guardian tell us that it is impossible for him to do what he said...so why did he come out...maybe to get an extra $49.00? Called again and they said remove plug, that didn't work, called again and again being told the same instructions that we were being told from day one that didn't work. They sent out three batteries and of course if the charging panel isn't working, then why would a new battery work. We even told the technician not to come in the house id he wasn't going to put in a new charging panel, he said okay, and put in a new batter after entering and said he wasn't qualified to put in a charging system. Called Guardian to report him and there they were again, trying to give us manual instructions on how to fix this as they did the first day. My blood pressure is up daily and my heart races every time i hear this sound and we are told they cant fix now, don't have charging panels in stock and besides they are booked for the next couple days.
