  • Tucked into a corner behind shrubs and trees on the corner of Framk Lloyd Wright and Scottsdale Roads is this authentic gem of a restaurant. We were able to make reservations on line and parking was ample outside the door. The ambiance is lovely with starched table clothes and Italian artwork on the walls. Our window booth was comfortable and spacious. Our waiter Mike was phenomenal with his attention, timing and recommendations. No detail was overlooked. After wine we enjoyed a raspberry gorgonzola salad with warm rolls dipped in warm oil. My butternut squash was my delectable choice and my husband selected penne with Italian ham in a cream sauce. We wished we could savor those flavors again and again -- and again. It was a delightful encounter to have the owner make a short visit to our table. This was a superb experience at every level and we WILL be back.
