  • First off, I am 8 weeks pregnant and scheduled my appointment for my 1st ultrasound 2 weeks ago. When I called to schedule the lady on the phone was short, rude and did not give me much info except to show up 30 minutes prior to my visit. When my Boyfriend and I showed up this morning ON TIME(30 min early) we got checked in and started filling out paperwork. My appointment was at 10:40 and we got done with paperwork at 10:50am. When I went to give my paperwork to the woman at the front desk she told us that I got done to late and they completely SKIPPED me! They did not tell me I had to complete my paperwork or I would not get in, or call me up and tell me this information. When I asked why they wouldn't see me after a 2 week out scheduled visit the woman said "well I didn't think you would take SO long to fill out paperwork". This was 10 minutes pass my appointment? If I would have known I was going to get passed up and skipped because of this I would have NEVER scheduled an appointment at this clinic. I DO NOT reccomend this place AT ALL. Let me also remind you that this was my 1st appointment for my 1st child which means LOTS of paperwork! This office has NO customer service! I am taking my service and money else where and I advise everyone else to do the same if you don't want to be treated like you or your child doesn't matter. I told her I was upset and will go else where and she looked me in the eyes with major attitude and said "okay" and smiled and bobbed her head like we were in elementary school. I am beyond shocked and will NEVER RECCOMEND them. I have doctors and nurses in my family that work with dr. Schwartz and had NO idea this office would be so horrifying. They will also not be reccomending this place. It's sad that one employee can make such a huge difference for so many moms. They need to rehire their staff or they will lose a lot of mothers. DO NOT RECCOMEND CAMELBACK WOMANS HEALTH CLINIC!!
