  • Well out the blue and all of a sudden my back brakes started grinding on Tuesday. I knew exactly what it was and knew I couldn't get into the shop till at least Saturday. I called on Friday and spoke with Rich and explained my situation and he explained it could be a few things but offered his help immediately. I knew before hand because of experience that my brakes were metal to metal. Low and behold that's exactly what it was. I had a really HUGE bill unexpectedly and don't get paid till next week but I figured things out somehow. $300.00 for rotors and brakes oh my!!! He also told me my front brakes are just about to go so I needed those done ASAP. I didn't have the money for these but it will get me thru till payday next week but the back ones weren't. Most people were telling me I needed a second opinion cause that was too much but I refused because I trust these gentlemen 10000% and know they will not try to screw me and charge me for unnecessary things. He also told me about my tire that was bad and also needed replacing but I already knew this also. I'm lucky to have found this place in Georgia and now I'm Nevada. Rich is one of the most nicest, courteous, helpful, and kindest gentleman I interact with. He's ALWAYS so pleasant and takes the time of I have any additional questions. I wish I can bring him home with me permanently. Thank you Honest A1 for another great experience and appreciate you all for continuing to be honest along with excellent service. Of course I highly recommend them and will be coming back to finish up my car needs.
