Beers & Bull riding = Great!
Service & Management = Poor!
After waiting 2 hours for our food- the order was completely wrong AND our bimbo server Sherri forgot a meal! By this time, the band started at 8pm. We were the ONLY table left in the middle of the dance floor with cowboys two-stepping around us! Sherri asked our table of 10 (including our pregnant sister) to move to another table. This table didn't exist! We stood around, being pushed and shoved, while asking to see the Manager Mark - who conveniently avoided our group. They finally threw a picnic table cloth over a pool table and posted us up there. Mark "made up" for the chaos by buying us a round of drinks??!! Cheers to you Mark. You just lost our business!
Bottom line: Ask for ANY other server than Sherri, make sure you don't get seated on the dance floor anywhere after 6pm AND for large group dinners-- this is NOT the place to go.
I'd like to throw Mark & Sherri in the Bull Rink and make them both Rodeo Clowns for the night!
