  • I have NOT been here but I scheduled an appt. back in Nov. They cancelled on me twice. This was after they took my credit card and informed me that if I did not cancel within 48 hours, I would be charged $200. The first reason why THEY cancelled was due to some family emergency by Nurse Sam. The second time THEY cancelled was for some unknown reason. Both times they cancelled the day of my appt. The 2nd time, 2.5 hrs before my appt. So I called them out on their $200 cancellation fee and asked since YOU cancelled (not me) do I get a $200 credit? And by the way, the next reschedule was another 2 weeks out. I come from the SF bay area where we have top notch plastic surgeons and dermatologists where no one, EVER, has ever cancelled on me. I bought a Living Social deal because I recently moved to Scottsdale like 2 weeks ago so I didn't know where to go. I figured I'd tried them via Living Social. Well, I asked for a refund from Living Social due to them being a no show. They lost at least 3 customers due to this experience because my hubby and I spend at least $4K/yr on injectibles.
