  • I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasant experience it was buying furniture in this store. Of course we just went in to "look around" and the rest was history. Our sales associate Amy Flosi was fun to work with, extremely patient and worked well with both my husband and I. As we got further and further into the buying experience......We were hooked! My heart though was Lee Collins. What a gem. She "got me" and what I wanted to accomplish immediately. I'm pretty good at making up my mind quickly if it's something that i like and I loved EVERYTHING she put together. The icing on the cake though was the ability to have her come back to my home for the accessories appointment and hang artwork, arrange potshelves, and accessorize my room. I'm so so so extremely happy with the whole experience. Your furniture is quality there is no doubt. But the fact that these 2 women became my friends in the process was good old fashioned customer service which is very rare these days. We, 110% cannot speak highly enough about LazBoy
