  • Been coming to this location for well over a year and today I called to confirm what time, "they stopped doing nails today?" In which the lady replied 5pm! So I walk in at 4:08 and I am greeted with, "hello how can we help you today?" I told them a gel manicure and the lady says, "oh we too busy now, we have no time!" Whaaaat?!?!?! Well I showed my call log and said well I should of been told that when I called and then one lady said ma'am if you can wait 30mins I'll help you!!! In the mean time, the RUDE woman was talking and rolling her eyes with another tech as I sat and waited! IF YOU DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS and PUSH them away, then maybe it's time you find a new job!!!!!!
