  • Although I always get a great massage at LaVida, it is nearly impossible to schedule an appt online as they offer. I have probably tried to schedule an appt online on 5 or 6 different occasions and I think only once they were able to accommodate my online scheduled appt. I made my last appt late last night and I just got a call 20 minutes before my scheduled appt time while I was in the car driving there that they were unable to accommodate my scheduled appt. I have mentioned this issue to the staff in the past and have seen no improvements. I have suggested that they shouldn't even offer online scheduling if they can so infrequently accommodate the request. Online scheduling is supposed to be a convenience for the client, but it is anything but at LaVida. And it's such a disappointment to be so looking forward to a massage, just to have it cancelled 20 minutes before you are scheduled.
