I had signed up for personal training in February. Brian, the manager, said it was for 6 months. I told him I can't do that. So he said, ok I will leave i open ended and you can cancel before a certain date. I had 2 sessions with Karen, then she quit and had 2 session with someone else. I cancelled days before that date and they still took $200 out of my account. After a month, Brian said they will mail a check. That was on the 30th of March. Still no check as of April 20th. Brian gave me the # to the main office. Alma answered the phone. I asked her if the check had cleared. She said no. She put me on hold and then said, I would have to pay for a stop payment on the check. I asked to speak to Accounts Payable. She said, for me to call back and wouldn't give me a name. When I called back, She transferred me to customer service in Texas. She couldn't help me and asked why I was transferred. I called Alma back and she never would answer the phone again. I went to the gym to talk to Brian and he said I will email my VP ( Aaron McFarland) again. I kept texting and trying to call Brian. He blocked my #. On April 27th. He said they were going to stop payment on the check and re-send it.
I was in tears and so happy.
It is May 11th and still no check.
I have tried calling Brian twice today. The last time I had Zach look up my account and had him tell me my address. It was still correct.
I asked him when was the check sent out. He said he couldn't tell me. I asked him how many times was a check sent out. He said Once.
