rev:text	I was told that all of my labs results from my previous doctor were in and the doctor had everything they needed. I was also told my appointment would only take 30 mins. Well some of the other reviewers are correct. They overbook and I've been here for almost an hour and i still havent seen a doctor yet. Not to mention they apparently didn't have the test results they needed from my previous doctor even though they claim they did. The staff is unprofessional and are too busy talking amoungst themselves versus checking on patients. This doctor apparently has great reviews but whats the point of great reviews if your staff and facility is below average. Luckily, the np i just saw was really nice so she is making me want to try this office one more time and there were some front desk staff who truly know about customer service but some of the back office staff truly need to step up their professional skills
