  • I went in yesterday after getting home from a camping trip and my dog needed a bath. I will never go there again. I walked in and there was no one up front, when the older gentleman saw me, he said "Oh Crap", I said I came in to give my dog a bath, he just looked at the clock and sighed..... He said there has been so many people in today to give their dogs baths.....(wait isn't that what you are in business for?) Anyway, he said Well go ahead, I told him I had not been there before and wasn't sure how to use the tubs, he said, it's self explanatory, just use the knobs....OK, if my dog wasn't so dirty, I would have walked out.....his customer service sucks!!! Yes, it was easier than doing it at home but being treated like I was a inconvenience was not necessary. Dude if you don't want people to come in and give their dogs a bath, then close your business......Would not recommend this place.
