  • I really enjoy the gym. I joined almost a year ago. No contract. Child care included. GREAT! Then once day I caught my 11 month old standing on a plastic picnic table in the kids area with a large plastic dinosaur tail in his mouth. The daycare worker (larger older lady) was on her phone ignoring the kids. So I stopped bringing my youngest. The next time I came I brought my 5 year old. When she asked the same child care provider to play she was told, "go away and play little girl." I made 2 verbal and 1 written complaint to the manager Derrick. A few months pass and I bring my 5 year old in on spring break as she asked to come. The same child care provider was rude and told me I needed to see the front office and I wasn't allowed in. The front office informed me that now childcare was an additional $10/child and is not included in my membership. I was told, "Even if the childcare is written in your contract to be included in your membership we can no longer honor that." Wow. Just wow. So, off to another gym I go... oh, and the children's place carpet is GROSS! And they won't clean it...
