  • Excellent practice! Stephanie was our leader and she worked in a very positive way with a diverse class that ran from beginner to intermediate students. There were six or seven mats set up for a class size of 5. Windows to the dolphin area stretched across three walls, so from just about every mat, a view of aqua waters and sun shimmering were omnipresent, then various dolphins would lazily swim by, checking out the yogis doing their thing. The spa is located on the way to the dolphin area... so if you are running late, go back, just inside the doors to the right. If you are coming from a hotel other than The Mirage, remember it takes a longer time than you think to walk from one property to the next... I was coming from The Aria. If this sounds like personal experience... indeed. Having said that, they are very accommodating, with folks who are not familiar with Las Vegas, but I wouldn't want to press one's luck. Time for pictures at the end make for a memorable photo op. Class times are 8 and 9 am, Fri, Sat, and Sun. Get to bed a bit early, and enjoy some mindfulness before or with your morning coffee.
