My wife called Rick to repair/replace the icemaker in our GE refrigerator. One week later, I am taking out all the food to the trashcan and waiting for the new refrigerator I was forced to purchase. I have various replacement parts, some working, some not lying around the kitchen. Rick essentially used my checking account to troubleshoot his way to failure. He even sent my wife for a part before he discovered he had simply unplugged it. I am not accusing him of breaking the frig. Looking over previous positive posts on this forum I am truly stumped! Until I read the post dated 12/10/2012 as well as Rick's response to the post dated just last month. I felt that accounting was fairly similar to our experience. Except the refund part. He is affable and friendly. I even hate writing a negative post about him. But I would hate even more if someone in the future experienced what we just did because I didn't post a warning. Anyone need a new icemaker?
