went to this verizon store to open a new account with my husband, and to upgrade to a new iphone.
the customer service was very disappointing. our salesman tried to sell us several packages that we weren't interested in, but the worst part was that he rushed through the information and details about prices, didn't answer our questions clearly, was defensive when we pushed for more information. something that really irritated me: when he turned the phone on for the first time, he skipped through the set up questions rather than let me set up the phone myself. when i asked about that, he told me all the info was somewhere in settings. that may be true, but i wanted to do it myself, and know what the options were for set up.
overall, i left feeling pretty uncomfortable. i wish our salesperson was more patient and less sales-y.
