  • First of all, I am being forced to give them one star because they don't even deserve that. They take complete advantage of the kind of business they're in and I really do wish I had taken previous reviews into consideration before visiting this place. During my dress shopping experience, the spanish lady who helped me was nice but her boss was ALWAYS on top of us because she didnt want us to take pictures and it just made the whole experience stressfull because I wanted pictures to take home to help me decide for my second visit. I should have just gone somewhere else at that point and thats where I made a mistake. Went for my second dress shopping appointment, bought the dress, and got the call it was in. I went in for alterations and left CRYING. They pissed me off so much and called me a liar over and over again (because they had said one thing about the alterations and changed it last minute)... until I agreed to whatever they said because I just couldn't take it anymore and left. All of this for them to call me on my way back home to apologize and say they will honour what they initially said they would do. Ever since this happened I have heard at least 3 ppl that have had issues with them... worst customer service even after you purchase. NEVER GO TO SOPHIE'S MISSISSAUGA, people! They're a mess! I felt so bad for the girls trying on the dresses there... they have no idea what they're getting themselves into!
