  • Okay.. I walked into this location today looking for a specific product. Upon entering I noticed it was under construction (no big deal) I noticed about 6 associates standing around the cashwrap area just chatting.. Not one "hello", can I help you find something?.. Nothing. I also noticed 2 men walking around in yellow t-shirts that said "cleaning crew" on them dusting product. I couldn't find what I was looking for.. so I finally tracked down an associate and asked.. she pointed it out. I walked up to pay for my item. The associate stated our machine is down do you have "cash"? I said no.. she then proceeded to talk into her headset and asked what to do.. I eventually just walked out.. I will never go back.... Do yourself a favor.. go to Sephora.. its better anyway!
