  • I have purchased several frames here over the years. I came in today to reorder frames that had broken and have the lenses placed into another pair of glasses, that they had also sold me as identical frames. When the owner was replacing the lens she put her finger on the lens and I quietly replied that it was surprising to see, as I am in the food business and we always wear gloves. She immediately blew up at me said that I was 'disrespecting her' and would I please not shop there again. I am surprised that this is their policy. Boy! was she having a bad hair day and taking it out on her customers!! I certainly will not shop there again and recommend to others not to shop here either.
