  • The absolute worst. Aside from Fulton Street bar where Mitchell, Shawn, and George made us feel like family. Piano bar - worst service ever. Across from there, another bar, terrible also. The bar by the table games, awful. I had to have a pit boss call over the beverage manager because it was that horrendous. The Russian guy at Piano Bar was the worst of the worst and we left. This is my one girls' night a year and it was terrible service and that's coming from a local Las Vegan. The gentlemen at Fulton Street bar were. Ruins amazing and they deserve their own review. Kudos to these men who are far superior than their counterparts at Harrah's.
