| - Gone are the days of the incredible and cheap Buffets in Vegas. I don't believe they exist anymore. So, in with the new.
I like the Bellagio, even though its getting old by the Strip's standards. The Buffet, well, its good. Better than a lot of other places. I have 2 complaints. 1) If I'm spending that kind of Money for Breakfast (over $68), then I want to be eating in a Wow looking Restaurant. Like...the Buffet at the Wynn. I don't want to look at Tile that looks like it belongs in some Metro Station or upscale Basement. I want Wow, and it shouldn't be too much to ask to make the atmosphere in the Buffet "match" the Lobby or the Conservatory. To me, it feels out of place. 2) Come on Food and Beverage, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out how to make eggs out of a carton. I think you just pour in the mix with some liquid and stir. I didn't feel like standing in line for "made to order" eggs, so I just scooped out some "Scrambled" eggs. You know, I didn't pay over $68 for breakfast to drink my eggs. Ugh. Other than those 2 items, it was a fairly nice experience.
